The closure of schools due to COVID-19 cost our athletes their spring season. We will honor our senior spring athletes over the next few weeks by posting their pictures and sharing their words about what it meant to them to be a Blue Jay!

Secretary of Education Susan Bunting congratulates 91 public school students from the Class of 2020 for being named Secretary of Education Scholars. Seaford High School Secretary of Education Scholars are Marley Fishburn and Megan Tran.

DIAA "Friday Night Lights" took place on Friday, April 24, 2020 to honor Class of 2020 Student Athletes. The lights were turned on at Dowd Stadium at 8:00 PM for 20 minutes and 20 seconds. The event was broadcast on Facebook live and you are able to view on the district Facebook page.

The lights will be turned on at Dowd Stadium and the Soccer field at 8:00 PM for 20 minutes and 20 seconds. This event is not for student-athletes, parents and fans to attend. It’s an opportunity for schools to show support virtually. We will post pictures on the district and school website as well as Facebook. The District's Facebook page will go live from Dowd Stadium at little before 8:00 on Friday April, 24th and broadcast the Friday Night Lights Event.

Starting Tuesday, April 7th, the Seaford Wellness Center will be available by telephone for counseling and medical consultation for students already registered with the Wellness Center. Students and parents can call the Wellness Center:

Several Seaford High Students placed in their Career and Technology Education (CTE) organization at the State level. By placing in the State level competition, these students qualified for their respective organization's national competition.
